Power of attorney grant of rights: right to act on my behalf(required)

By signing up for this service, I (hereinafter referred to as “Creator”) hereby appoint PNW Legal Services 2661 North Pearl St. Ste 258 Tacoma, WA 98407, (hereinafter referred to as “Agent”), grant of rights, permission to act on behalf of the Creator, with respect to the following matters: 1. To act as the Creator’s agent for the purpose of identifying and removing from the Internet/ World Wide Web any and all copyrighted material that is in violation of the Creator’s copyrights. 2. To act as the Creator’s representative with respect to all copyright matters, including but not limited to, the issuance of DMCA Takedown notices, removal requests, notices of infringement, and take such other actions as may be necessary or desirable to enforce the Creator’s copyrights and to protect the Creator’s interests in the copyrighted material. 3. The Creator affirms they are the rightful copyright owner of copyrighted material and indemnifies Agent against any and all losses and expenses, including for all attorneys’ fees and other costs as a result of them acting on my behalf, and holds Agent harmless against claims of libel, copyright, or trademark infringement brought against Agent with respect to representation of those materials. The Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. I understand my pen name might be featured on PNW Legal Service’s website as a client.
